Why You Must Not climb, Stand or Walk On Conveyors?



Actions like like walking, standing, climbing, sitting, running and even jumping can be considered as mischief while operating conveyors, but on the other side the outcomes can be very dangerous if these conveyors are attached to an assembly and are in operating condition.




For the sake of his own safety, an operator must not climb, walk, sit or stand on conveyors to avoid any mishap. Operator must consider these safety precautions to avoid any injury or mishap while the conveyor is in operating condition. Though it is unusual for operators to climb, walk, stand, sit, jump or run on conveyors during working hours but even in mischief, any mishap can cause serious damage or injury to operator.
















Every year, a number of cases are registered including the damages and injuries of life and property during malfunction or damage of machinery operated by conveyors. But keeping in mind that not following necessary precautionary steps or avoiding any safety precautions can kneel down any person either operator or an individual crossing the conveyor without precaution.
